Nice pool area, buffet at night was pretty much the same. Got bored of food and entertainment was all based around Italians.

Old and dirty
The hotel is about 40 years old. The last time it was painted, wallpapered, carpeted, etc... was 40 years ago. I am sure it was a very nice hotel when new but after 40 years you need to remodel. The room was mildly dirty, the shower drain was so slow you had to turn the water on and off so as not to flood the room. When we arrived late at night the room was warm. The AC turns off automatically at about midnight and does not come on until 5 PM so every room only gets AC for 7 hours each afternoon, not exactly the Ritz Carlton. Our room flooded out from a water leak in the room above us while we were out. Likely from the partially plugged showers. When we returned to the hotel we found out they moved all our stuff to a different room and they told us about the water leak. All of my wife's clothes were still in her suitcase where she left them but they were all soaking wet. Unfortunately we were leaving in the AM for a flight to continue our vacation and all she had to wear in the morning were wet smelly clothes. Not much you can do about it when you return to your room at 1 AM. The location was beautiful and on top of a hill with ocean views in the original room but not in the room they moved us to. All common areas were not air conditioned either. Sink was dirty and shower head broke off. TV did not work in either room. This place needs millions in remodeling inside and out. Room carpet was green and worn so thin it looked like green felt from a poker table.

Siamo arrivati venerdi per un weekend con formula pensione completa. La struttura non è nuovissima ma è tenuta bene. La pulizia delle stanza e i servizi per bagno e camera erano assolutamente buonissime. Il cibo e il servizio nel ristorante ottimo considerando la grande affluenza. Personale cortese ed efficiente. Check in e checkout veloci. Piscina bellissima con una parte di acqua profonda. Ottimo l'ascensore per la spiaggia. E la pinetta con le amacche. L'anno prossimo ci ritorno di sicuro

Un vero peccato
La struttura ha tanto potenziale ma è molto trascurata. Alcune attività indicate sul sito non sono attive (mini golf e tiro con l'arco) e gli sport quali tennis, Beach volley e bocce devono essere giocati su campi in condizioni pietose. Anche le camere del villaggio risentono degli anni, con porte in legno vecchio e infissi poco isonorizzati. Inoltre nel mio caso la cassetto del bagno perdeva in continuazione. Punti a favore sono la piscina, tenuta bene e la spiaggetta privata con un mare spettacolare. Buoni i pasti.

Cibo ottimo e di qualità. Un po' di disorganizzazione nei giorni di sovraffollamento ma, tirando le somme, una buona struttura adatta a famiglie con bimbi anche piccoli. Bravissimi e gentilissimi i ragazzi dell'animazione, a partire dall'organizzazione dei mini-tornei, il baby club, le canoe in spiaggia e i corsi in piscina. Veramente bravi, poco insistenti se uno non vuole socializzare e sempre super-disponibili. Anche il piccolo Leo ringrazia :-) Peccato solo per l'inagibilità di buona parte del villaggio compresi i campi da tennis/calcetto. Le potenzialità di una struttura del genere sarebbero ENORMI (probabilmente anche i costi di gestione) se date in mano ad una società importante.

Bella esperienza, hotel da rimodernare
Hotel con camere un pó datato, c'era qualcosa che funzionava benissimo. Piscina favolosa, ben tenuta e con tanti lettini a disposizione. Adatta per famiglie con bambino. Pasti a buffet con tanta scelta, personale garbato e disponibile. Animazione nella norma. Per andare in spiaggia c'è il servizio navetta dell'hotel. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza

Bravo l'animation mais rendez-nous les ascenseurs
Il y a eu une mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée : les ascenseurs qui donnent accès à la plage étaient en panne (depuis longtemps et pour lontemps). Du coup il fallait retenir une navette à heures précises. Aucun accès libre à la mer. Il faut absolument le préciser dans la publicité car ça change la nature du séjour. Sinon, le reste était bien.

Vorrei dire tante cose su questa struttura, parto dal personale che penso sia la cosa più bella.. abbiamo trovato dipendenti in gamba,simpatici alla mano e molto gentili e disponibili,animazione compresa,anche se purtroppo essendo a metà settembre quasi completamente inesistente, ma quel poco che ci è stato mi ha fatto capire che anche loro sono molto in gamba È un posto MOOLTO antico, noi siamo stati nel villaggio e la pulizia nelle camere lasciava molto a desiderarw

Tre giorni di relax
L’hotel vanta una bellissima struttura situata in un promontorio da cui si può godere di una vista spettacolare. La piscina è molto grande e ciò permette di non stare troppo vicini agli altri, il cibo del ristorante è discreto. Io mi sono trovata benissimo ma la colazione e l’animazione sono da migliorare.

Struttura con problemi di ristrutturazione
La struttura è parecchio estesa ma consta di mancate ristrutturazioni negli anni. Anche la ristorazione è tutto sommato mediocre e ripetitiva. Note positive anche se parziali: 1) la posizione e la vista che si può godere dal posto in cui sorge l'hotel. 2) la spiaggia privata raggiungibile con ascensore, ma anche in questo caso con problemi di manutenzione che crea qualche apprensione quando si mette in movimento... Un po' poco, tutto sommato, per ripetere un soggiorno in questo posto

Per una vacanza relax.
Struttura che gode di una straordinaria posizione con un grande parco alberato, con spiaggia privata che si raggiunge per il tramite di ascensori veloci. Pulizia più che buona, cosi come il cibo sia a pranzo che a cena: ottimo e a buffet. Si potrebbe arricchire arricchire ulteriormente la colazione. Superlativi tutte le categorie di personale: dalla reception, alla sala, alle stanze al piano bar. Eccezionali i ragazzi dell'animazione e il loro direttore "il Cubano". Giudizio globale : OTTIMO.

bella posizione , bella anche la piscina e il lido
Personale gentile , il soggiorno è stato piacevole . La struttura sorge in un bel luogo , immerso nella natura con un panorama fantastico , una bella piscina con una vista meravigliosa sul mare . Il lido privato è tranquillo e tenuto bene. unico forse limite , il frastuono e lo scompiglio provocato dalla clientela locale fatta sopratutto da famiglie con bimbi.

Arnaque à l'italienne
Hôtel vieillissant qui a vraiment besoin d'un grand lifting. Seule la piscine est grande, belle et en bon état, et donne vue sur la mer. L'hôtel est situé entre Palerme et Cefalu, mais sur les hauteurs, donc sans véhicule il faut emprunter la navette de l'hôtel (payante) pour aller au village le plus proche. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très cher et la qualité très médiocre. En somme, hôtel à éviter!
