「The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing. I loved the property and yes it’s not close to the old town but I didn’t mind it (10 minute car ride). Loved the pool and restaurant. 」

「Clean bright room, comfortable bed and decent for the price as you have access to the swimming pool and breakfast in the Mercure that is attached. Only negative is that the air con was broken in the room so it was quite hot in the room and we needed to keep the window open to cool down.」

「Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good. Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order. Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair. 」

「Very nice and cozy apartment, clean and very big for a downtown location. The owner is answering fast to all questions. The only issue is the parking, you have to wait to get a paid parking spot in the front of the building. If not, you can park there after 10-11 pm when few of cars will leave. 」

「The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, it doesn't have an elevator so you must be able to carry your suitcase up three flights of stairs.」

「The hotel accommodation was amazing. There is a 15 min walk to the old town, but is very secure and the walk is nice. The restaurant downstairs is excellent for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Sibiu in Rumania.」
