Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas Orlando

"We booked at this location so we could have a family trip to Universal Studios Epic Universe. The location of this hotel is about 15 minutes away which is perfect. Upon entering the property to check in, the first thing that I noticed besides the friendly desk agent greeting me, was not only how well the grounds were kept, but how amazing it smelled once you entered the building. I wish I had a perfume that smelled like that because it was the perfect mixture of relaxing, cozy, and lightly sweet. Once checked in and given our room keys, the gentleman working the desk went over the map and where our suite was located and all of the amenities. Checkin was quick. We then got back into our vehicle and drove around the circle to the building where our room was located, and wandered into our accommodation to check it out. The entire space we rented was clean, organized, and comfortable. Beds and bathrooms were great and we loved the giant soaking tub in the master bedroom. Kitchen was fully stocked with untensils, dishes, pots and pans. Freezer had an ice maker which was ideal. I liked the way the whole space was designed so it didn’t feel cold and unwelcoming. Definitely an elevated and comfortable vibe. The only thing that could have been different was the cleanliness of the floors. The tile looked clean and so did the carpet but we noticed that after walking around in white socks, the floors were definitely dirty. Our socks were dirty from it."

"Very clean rooms. Very nice staff. They had a shuttle that takes us to Universal for free everyday. The restaurants around the area are amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re planning on visiting Universal."

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms were kept clean each day. Room service did a great job. Really enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities in the property. City walk and some parks were in walking disitance on Cabanna Bay and the shuttles are always available. The food was a little expensive especially the beverages but overall, the experience was great."
