"Through my work as an airline pilot, I am very lucky to stay in some very high-end hotels, which are usually five star. Although this hostel is certainly not five star, the welcome I received and the friendliness of the staff was simply amazing. Thank you for making me feel at home.! "Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"I stayed alone so I booked the smallest room and it was still a decent size with 2 beds, a nice TV, a balcony you can walk out onto, good WIFI (I was able to watch live stream videos), and a good washroom that gives you hot water immediately. I also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water that comes in the room. The buffet style breakfast was great! They have everything you can think of for a breakfast and it totally satisfies your needs. They were accommodating with my bicycle too. They have storage rooms to put it in or you can bring it to your room which is what I did. I'm booking this hotel again if I'm ever back in Andorra! Thanks for the pleasant experience 🙂"
