「We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

「Great rooms and staff. They are very gracious! This BnB is located in an industrial area though. 」

「The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. 」

Parking in back was also very convenient and so was laundry room was sooo great to have. A+++ on this gorgeous place. Highly recommend and already talking about coming back to stay here. 「位於A4交流道下來一分鐘即可抵達～如果有自駕的旅客非常推薦此飯店，房間非常新包含設備也是，有小廚房、書桌、餐桌、衣櫃、鞋櫃、大浴室等等！琉森開車約25分鐘，費用上實惠許多！ 缺點是旁邊是牧場，如果喜歡開窗戶的人可能會聞到牛隻常見的那個味道。室內沒有提供酒杯，櫃檯很熱心的幫我借了酒杯跟他們的餐廳。 整體上真的很滿意此次住宿」
