"Breakfast was wonderful. The lobby was beautiful. The location was great. The laundry facility was a plus. The room we received did not match the picture I had seen when making the reservation. The sight of someone else's toenails on our bathroom floor made us wonder how well the room was cleaned. Staff was extremely nice and helpful."

"Oh my goodness this was the most delightful stay! The lodge is just a few miles out of Jackson town center. The room was large, sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. We opted for a room with a kitchenette and it was perfect with everything we needed to make easy dinners after a day of exploring the Grand Tetons! We didn’t use the laundry facilities but they were there free which is an amazing amenity. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go back if visiting the area again! "

"Place was clean and comfortable. We didn't have any of the noise problems others complained about. One issue was the electrical outlets. Everyone of them would not hold our plugs into the wall outlet. Its like someone put something in everyone that enlarged them. Even their plugs for lights etc. kept falling out. It was a real pain to charge our electronics overnight. And the GFI outlet in the bathroom made a clicking noise if anything was plugged into it."

"Cabins are nice & spacious. Very clean & well equipped kitchenette. Safe & quiet. Staff is very friendly. Good location to walk (half mile) or drive to the town square. The property is well maintained & clean. I would stay here again…especially since they are dog friendly."
