"Clean room great breakfast nice pool friendly helpful staff "

"The staff was nice , and the room was clean the only down fall was the lazy river was closed til summer which was a bummer. Overall it was a vreat stay and would go again."

"Recent renovations all very nice. What upset me is the recent $25 per day parking charge. I have stayed at this hotel frequently since 2004, and this is the first time I've had to pay for parking, even though I have a handicapped sticker."

"Next time I'll book a handicap room away from traffic noise. All of the shower products were placed too high to reach. The street and freeway noise was constant."

"The B'fast menu was fine. There were fresh fruits on one day but not the other day. There are not many vegetarian options for warm food. Also, the coffee was not all that warm or great/bold. The hot water (I wanted to use for making hot tea) from the pot had a coffee smell as well. "

"Room was adequately appointed. Staff cleaned it even though it was just a two day stay. Nice. Breakfast room was very crowded, but food was good. Pool area was so small and overrun with kids. "

"There’s no room service if you stay 2 nights. That’s literally why I chose a hotel and it an air bnb. The pool was cold and does not have heat. The bathroom floor looked like mold in room 213. The carpet was dirty when barefoot it would stain our feet. The breakfast food was actually good. I’d recommend it if you’re just there to sleep and eat breakfast to go do something around San Diego. I went in as a local to relax and enjoy the hotel but it’s not good for that. You get what you pay for."

"Very noisy with no handicap accommodations. The staff was very rude and unwilling to help us. Room key was constantly not working and it was very hot and humid. The front desk associate was very judgmental and was constant giving guests dirty looks. I would never stay here again!"
