We had several issues in our room, brought them to the attention of the front desk 4 times throughout 2 days. Each time it appeared that we were bothering them with no action taken. 「Room is spacious. Layout is kind of goofy. They provide soft comfortable couch that looks at a locked door and sink. Not sure if TV pulls far enough off the wall to turn toward the couch but I didn’t want to test it. No check in desk BUT through messaging they are super fast at responding 100% would stay there again Very convenient to everything 4.99 stars. I wish I could have sat on the couch to watch TV.」

「The property itself was amazing. Views for days. Some issues were the fact that due to illness ( sign at front desk) there was no physical staff. You had to text or call and wait for a reply. We needed fresh towels one day but could not reach anyone and had to go to Walmart in Boone and purchase towels. Would have been good to know whirlpool tub did not work ahead of time.
