「Just got back from a stay at Hotel Excelsior in the Dolomites and honestly, it was perfect. The sauna area was really nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Food was excellent across the board, from the breakfast spread to the salad buffet at dinner. They’ve got a solid wine list, great coffee, and every meal came with a view that made you want to linger a little longer. The staff were super friendly and made everything feel easy and relaxed. 「A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. 」

「The receptionists are all super helpful and patient to all our questions. The included breakfast is so good, always looking forward to it. We paid extra for dinner as well and it was the best decision, food was very upscale and delicious. The salad bar for dinner was just awesome, loved all the options provided. The bar was just as good, we always show up and ask the bartender(Alexandra) to surprise us with drinks and never has he disappoint once.」
