The room we had was clean but quite dark and dreary as it looked at back of property. Not lovely. The pool are was nice, pool was a tad cool. Nice breakfast and facility.

El personal muy agradable y atento, hotel en zona tranquila y a un paso de una bonita playa. El primer dia comida regular sin variedad, pero esa misma noche mejoró y los dias posteriores tambien. Por ultimo la habitacion no os aconsejo vistas al muro de las lamentaciones, elegid vistas al mar , merecera la pena.

Para um hotel de quatro estrelas esperava muito mais, já fiquei em hotéis de três estrelas bem melhores. A localização é muito boa, o hotel tem muito bom aspecto por fora mas o serviço de pequeno almoço e jantar deixa muito a desejar.

Med tanke på att det var ett 4 stjärnigt hotell så var jag besviken. Visserligen lågsäsong men servicen var inte vad jag förväntat mig. Tråkig inredning väldigt spartanskt. Personalen pratade dålig engelska vissa inte alls. Poolen var inte heller uppvärmd vilket jag förväntade mig då havet var för kallt att bada i. Lyhört man hörde allt från de andra rummmen.

Hotel tranquilo pero pequeño para temporada alta

Hemos ido en Nochevieja y, a pesar de un grupo de IMSERSO, la zona y el hotel muy tranquilos, con buenas vistas. Es pequeño para temporada alta, la piscina es pequeña y no hay apenas lugar para tumbonas. El desayuno escaso y repetitivo, poca variedad y cantidad, pero bien para salir del paso, sobre todo porque en esta época no había muchos restaurantes o bares abiertos alrededor. Cerca de Almuñecar, a un paseo de unos 20 minutos por el Paseo Marítimo, y facilidad para aparcar fuera, ya que un poco más adelante y en todo el pueblo hay SARE y es de pago.

Muy buenas vistas y servicio

Muy buenas vistas porque teníamos la habitación con vistas al mar y el servicio bueno. La habitación podría haber estado un poco más limpia y los desayunos escasos y con poca variedad, cada día las mismas cosas. Está en una zona tranquila pero a su vez a 20 minutos andando de la zona más turística de Almuñecar, en un agradable paseo marítimo.

The Relaxing Hotel in Almueñcar on the sea

A relaxing spot a bit off the main strip, a clean modern hotel with amazing views. We traveled south after visiting Madrid and were in need of relaxation and a bit of romance and we found it here. We want to go back and would recommend this place to our friends and family.

Hotel Cotobro - by the sea

Hotel is right by the sea, beach is not great - stones and sand similar to other beaches around the area. Hotel very modern and clean. Our room had a fantastic sea view, we were able to leave the balcony door open at night and you could see the sea from the bed! Room very small but adequate. Bathroom had large paddle shower but no bath. Breakfast and dinner were buffet - both basic, but you would not go hungry!

Hotellet lå fint til ved sjøen, men hadde ikke uteområder som gjorde at man kunne nyte denne beliggenheten. Pene og gode rom. Elendig og trangt frokostrom beliggende i kjellerrom. Elendig service ved frokosten og lite velsmakende mat. Anbefaler ikke hotellet.

hôtel à retenir

hôtel très agréable, parking privé, plage privée (transats / serviette de plage à prix dérisoire, inutile donc de s'encombrer) un peu loin du centre ville pour certains mais pour nous c'était parfait après la visite de toutes les villes d'Andalousie . Chambre très confort vue sur mer.Un seul bémol: le petit déjeuner buffet n'est pas du niveau d'un 4*

Not a bad place to stay

It was a nice hotel, it was modern, clean and the rooms are large for European standards, although the beach across the street is a pebble beach. It is about 4km from the downtown area and 1.5km from the sandy beaches. It is definitely worth it to pay the extra money for the seaside view, all the seaside rooms have a balcony. It was wonderful to leave the balcony door open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves and the smell of the saltwater.

Si buscas tranquilidad y descanso no lo pienses elige este hotel. Se puede decir que es un acierto tener tan cerca la linea de la playa y escuchar las olas chocando en las piedras mientras te tomas un coctel o simplemente estas durmiendo en la habitación con vistas al mar. Al no ser muy grande hace que todo se mantenga en orden. Lo único malo es el bufet que es un poco escaso pero algo hay que sacrificar....
