「Rooms were extremely clean and welcoming. Staff was incredibly kind and patient. A staff member and the manager helped me get into my room pretty late at night and was super nice about it! Breakfast was very good and facility was super clean.」

「The carpet was very dirty, the curtain was broken and hanging in my room, the bath tub did not drain while showering, the front desk attendant refused to give me a receipt and charged me for an early checkout, even though he said he wouldn’t. I was staying there as part of a wild land fire team, and had to checkout early to go to another fire.」

「We, a group of 70-somethings, were given rooms on the second floor with no elevators. Would have been thoughtful to give us ground floor rooms so that we wouldn't need to lug our luggage and other things for five days up the stairs. One of our group had to take the stairs one at a time. The pool was almost unusable because it had so much chlorine. The housekeepers were excellent for us but lousy for our relatives across from us.」
