Nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor sin aumento del precio: mejores vistas, más amplitud, terraza preciosa, silencio total. Tenía un televisor de 19 pulgadas; les pedimos que nos lo cambiaran y lo hicieron en 10 minutos por uno de 43 pulgadas. Muy gradecidos por todo. Volveremos, sin duda

Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.

The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning.
