「Very nearer to go to the downtown!」

「Great hotel!」

「Very nice and cosy hotel, in Kazakh style. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and the restaurant is really nice with music too. Breakfast was meny-style. Amenities in room were also enough and plenty, minibar in room and safe etc. Especially I liked the hair-drier!!! The hotel is very modern, the service staff are really nice and extraordinarily helpful at all times. The only thing would be that hotel has no elevator, but it’s ok as staff will assist with luggage to your room. The area and...

「It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place 」

「It was a simple accommodation with only 7 rooms (not sure why it is called a hotel). There was a new facade extension to the entrance for cafe, so the entrance was not so obvious and mismatch the photos in Expedia and Google Map. The staff was friendly and helpful even though there was language barrier. The room was clean and complete. The toilet was okay except the basin area, which is smaller than an Asian lady shoulder width. Dotysk Plaza is just minutes away by foot, there is also convenient...

「In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more...

「Kind staff」
