Lovely place, big pool not over busy. Maids and reception woman were outstanding. Not a rowdy place, fresh bread everyday, maids everyday. Apartment spotless, great a/c, beds, lots of space and everything we needed

Beautiful location and a nice apartment.

Beautiful location, great pool. The unit was a little old fashioned but very comfortable. Lovely touch with fresh bread every day and some fresh fruit. Would stay again!

Un cafard et personne veut se occuper

Le Resort est joli et chaleureux mais semble un peu laissé à l'abandon. L'appartement est lui spacieux et agréable avec de nombreux équipements. Là où nous avons été particulièrement déçu c'est dans leur gestion des "problèmes". Un soir un cafard gros comme une demi main est sorti du lavabo juste devant nous. N'étant pas particulièrement équipé pour déloger ce locataire indésirable, nous appelons la réception qui nous dit faire le nécessaire. 3/4 d'heure plus tard pas de nouvelle. Nous allons donc à la réception mais vu que c'était maintenant après 18h elle était fermée. Vu qu'il n'y avait plus aucun personnel visible dans le Resort, nous avons été au restaurant. Une fois notre souci expliqué, l'employé prend son téléphone pour appeler la personne en charge et une fois raccroché me dit un peu dépité : "elle veut pas venir". Sentant bien l'incongruité de la situation, il décide alors d'aller déloger le cafard lui-même avec l'aide de la femme de ménage. Le lendemain, aucun appel de la réception pour s'excuser de nous avoir laisser sans nouvelle la veille. A 450€ la nuit on s'attendait à un peu plus de considération.

Wir hatten eine grosse Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock. Toller Gemeinschaftspool mit Bar. Unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-Out. Allerdings haben uns allgemeine Infos gefehlt. Eine Infomappe in der Wohnung wäre gut. Auch wäre ein Starterkit mit Abwaschmittel und Putzlappen sinnvoll. Die Küche war an und für sich gut ausgestattet, allerdings haben wir auch Sachen wie z.B ein Brotmesser vermisst. Der Früchtekorb zur Begrüssung und die frischen Brötchen jeden Morgen waren toll. Der tägliche Putzdienst war für uns aber zu früh, sodass wir meist darauf verzichtet haben.

Great but need to allow food and drink around pool

Lovely stay - great location and quiet too. Apartment was clean and spacious with lovely balcony. Only negative was being told off for sharing a bottle of wine around the large pool area (you can do this but not your own drink, you had to buy from them). Strange concept for a self catering resort. Even stranger when half of their wine menu wasn’t available!
