Agradecemos pela paciência do pessoal (e de outro casal cliente) para ajudar resolver o problema, suportar contrariedades, incómodos e dificuldades com calma e tranquilidade. 「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful palace and it was truly great value for money. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with daily cleaning service that made our stay even more comfortable. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and peaceful countryside, with lovely farm animals adding to the charm. One of our favourite parts was the amazing wildlife pond filled with frogs and beautiful water lilies, as well as the picturesque olive orchard. The breakfast buffet was...

「O hotel é Excelente. Lindo e luxuoso. O único inconveniente foi a indisponibilidade do Spa. Café da manhã incrível com opções a escolher. A comida é feita na hora e de acordo com o pedido individual de cada hóspede. Piscina e Uma área comum com bebidas e alimentos selo Service muito bem estruturado. O ambiente é muito bonito e agradável para tomar um vinho e jantar com a família. Recomendo. 」

「La vila Julieta est très bien située et permet de visiter les divers lieux d’intérêts à pied. La chambre est très confortable. Le jardin est un vrai oasis en pleine ville. Déjeuner varié et délicieux. Jonah et Sonia sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons la vila à 100%!」

「Beautiful hotel and vibe! Good location, right next to the university. Breakfast is carefully curated with home made cake etc but there wasn’t a lot of variety. Parking was a pain given the hotel is situated on top of the hill surrounded by narrow roads that are parked with cars, but one can manage with help. 」

「Need better description of parking in area around hotel on travel websites like Expedia beyond “parking available”. It does not help travellers from other countries who are renting vehicles know what to expect. We had a kitchenette unit and did not have basic like salt, pepper, frying pan. Coffee maker did not work. Available dishes, cutlery and pots were good. The room and bed was really good.」

「We received a very warm welcome from the owners, even though we arrived later than planned. We were able to enjoy a toasted sandwich in the peaceful garden. The house itself has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are decorated with great care, maintaining the old style yet offering all the modern conveniences. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh rolls, homemade jam, and lemonade. A place to return to!」
