The room is nice. AC is a little loud, but quickly rove cooled the room. One thing that could improve the stay is a sleep timer on the TV.

This place rocks. Jenny is super awesome. Could t ask for a better hotel associate at all. Very attentive and easy to work with. She’s an absolute pleasure. The rooms are clean. Very clean. And the bed I had at least was very comfortable

Mattress was comfortable and TV was large. Hotel was dirty and lobby and breakfast area were untidy. Desk area had papers everywhere. Every morning owner was talking ti people in India I believe, which isnt bad but he was sitting the middle of breakfast and was talking so very loud.

Not 5 stars

Not sure how they got the good reviews. Not worth the price you pay. Air conditioner was loud, shower squealed, and it smelled like curry so bad had to sleep with the window open.

I was suprised when my request for a ground floor room was denied. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot when I checked in and only 3 when I left. Not many guests here. I'm sure there was one available. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Col biscuits, Cold and clearly leftover gravy. I tried the waffle maker. The batter was old and separated when I tried to pour some out. Don't waste your money here. This is my second stay at this facility and it wasn't any better than the first. On the up side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked but sounds like it's on its last leg.

Overall, it was a decent stay for the price. The building is older but other than some general cosmetics, not in terrible shape. The owners do have quite the cat population they feed out back—but they aren’t hurting anything…if anything, they probably keep the rodent population down in the area as it is at the edge of town. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired but again, not horrible. Seems like they need to understand they have hard water and use appropriate cleaners to address that problem—it makes everything look filthy—but it really isn’t. A thorough check for bugs and such only turned up random particles of stuff between the mattress and box spring—no extra critters that you definitely don’t want to take home with you!! They obviously don’t clean the bedskirt after each guest. Breakfast was slim—waffles, two cold cereals, some cold packaged breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal packets and the cheapest possible bread for toast. No fruit, bagels, danish, etc. The owner/operators speak limited English but are very kind and helpful with whatever they can understand. We will stay again if needed while visiting the area.

Sounded like a diesel truck in our room. The a/c unit scared us every time it came on and shut off. You hug the wall while showering. No coffee maker in room and you can't get their coffee outside of breakfast hours. They house a colony of feral cats behind building that crawl up your leg. The guy is like a genie and pops out of no where if your roaming the hall from your room or outside. Just creepy as all hell. The sanitation/cleaning was ok but invest in some laundry soap because sheets smell like pee. Room smelled like chicken curry and cinnamon. I definitely will not be returning. I would rather sleep in a tent.

While check in and the room were good, the breakfast was less nice. Very limited choices, juice dispenser "out of order". Biscuits were cold and when heated in the microwave, were very hard to cut.

The cost of the room was a little overprised. Toilet was not cleaned when I got there. Kind of sad about the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and very big.. It was OK for a one night stay.

Our goal was a place to sleep comfortably and peacefully with a shower and quick breakfast in the morning. The bed was comfortable. Our room would have been fine but for noisy neighbors. The bath was acceptable but towels were thin & scratchy. Breakfast was not good. Cold biscuits & gravy. Waffle mix was too thick. Coffee was horrible.
