「We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. 「check in 的日期是1/1，剛好是西方的新年！於是在入住前幾天收到mail告知，櫃檯人員可能不在！於是給了我一組號碼，可以在入口旁的機器自助check in!但我試了好久都失敗！還好門口有貼張告示，如果有任何問題可以找對面的IBIS的櫃檯幫忙！找了他們幫忙後，也是弄了一陣子才終於check in 成功@@整個耗時約40多分鐘！入住的第一天共用廁所和浴室比較髒，應該是因為人員休假的關係，隔天就恢 復比較乾淨～房間還不錯，空間也還算大！」

「I arrived late and found the reception was closed. I kept knocking the door for 15min until the receptionist noticed me while she was drinking with her friend in the shop nearby.
I was given a room with bed of 3 legs only. It couldn’t even stand on the floor. The mattress, bed sheet, blanket, and towels were used and placed on the floor with strong smell. I reached out to the receptionist to change for another room.
The other room was also smelly and dirty. But at least it got a bed that...
