Freundliches Hotel, sehr gutes Essen.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war renoviert, gemütlich und hatte einen Balkon. Am Zimmer gab es nichts auszusetzen, das Bad war modern, allerdings konnte man nicht duschen, ohne das Badezimmer nass zu machen. Der Frühstücks- und Speiseraum war schon überholungsbedürftig, das Frühstück selbst gab es in Buffetform und war recht übersichtlich. Wir haben zu Abend gegessen und das Rumpsteak mit Zwiebeln war fantastisch. Der Chef, sowie das Personal sind sehr freundlich, es gibt für gehbehinderte Gäste erst Zimmer im 1. Stock, einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Unterbringung im Gästehaus unbefriedigend

Bei Buchung war nicht erkennbar, dass die Unterbringung im Gästehaus (Hotel Rehwinkel über 1,5 km entfernt vom Hotel)erfolgt. Damit stimmte die komplette Beschreibung der Zimmer nicht. (aus den 70er Jahren, keine Renovierung, extrem schlechtes Wlan etc.)Reklamationen betreffend die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung wurden aber nach Reklamation sofort soweit möglich beseitigt.
