「Restaurant poolside was delicious. Hotel staff were friendly and very professional. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was that the room had an odd odor that we couldn’t get rid of. Hotel staff attempted to run a machine to remove the smell; it helped some but not completely. Great, family friendly stay. 」

「It was in a good location. Looked updated and clean online but hadn’t been updated in awhile and the updates were done poorly. The first room we got was a nonsmoking but was clearly smoked in heavily. Second room smelled better but was not much better in updates. We checked the room for bed bugs and thankfully did not find any! The hotel was old and run down. We felt unsafe there due to the other guests and surroundings. Oh, and no towels at all! Front desk told us their linen truck had not...
