「我是被送到附近民房去住，樓梯非常狹窄陡峭，行李很難上下，房間很小，暖氣不能運作，但離旅館一段距離，無法找工作人員處理，吹風機要找主建物借，有一點不方便，但很乾淨，早餐可以。」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and will store luggage until checkin time. Great location, very close to the train and bus stations and many restaurants. There were a few negatives: there is no lift and the stairs are steep, the toilet seat was too small for the base and it was not fastened properly. It would be helpful to have some place to put soap while in the shower.」

「Our second visit and it certainly did not disappoint. From our arrival, being met in the car park, through our stay to the very last minute, the staff could not do enough for us. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lemon cake already in the room was delicious. Grounds are amazing especially if like me, you are interested in plants, their growth and wellbeing. The orchard and veg/herb gardens are a joy. We opted for the tasting menu which was wonderful. Strawberry dessert was to die...

「The hotel is lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds are covered in peacocks, which makes it interesting but they will be your alarm clock! There are some updates that could be done to maintain rooms/ the building better. Comfortable stay, all round. 」
