「Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.」

「Lovely overnight stay. Room was small, but sufficient for our needs. We had booked just a standard room so knew it was not going to be large. Good quality toiletries and coffee/teas as well as chocolate biscuits provided ! Everything very clean. Bar and restaurant tastefully decorated. Breakfast - good selection and good quality. Just about all of the staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly, apart from the chap on reception at midday when we arrived, who did not appear very welcoming...

「The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.」
