It's a walkable distance to the boardwalk/ocean front, which was nice. At night, the area was lively and safe. "The room was a good size but the floors and bathroom were dirty. The towels were clean. They should provide 1 bottle of water everyday you are there instead of just 1 for the whole stay. It's also in a part of town that gets noisy at night so if loud noise isn't your thing, stay somewhere else."
