「Suite was absolutely perfect size, good lighting and lots of mirrors」

「This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up. It took about half an hour for things to quiet down, and I couldn’t fall back asleep until around 2 a.m. In addition, the air conditioner was extremely noisy once turned on—so loud that...

「The owners communicated with us very effectively. The suite is comfortable for five people, although one of the beds is sleeping on the couch. However, I thought the couch was quite comfortable. This is a great suite for a short day when all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall. I would stay here again.」

「I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things.」
