"A typical 'love' hotel that actually would need some love. I found 'stains' pretty much everywhere I looked. Dirty sink too. Sticky. Pretty much unacceptable. Only positive thing was the Japanese toilet seat. "
"They offered a variety of noodles and bread as well as offering cereal for breakfast options. They also had vending machines for coffee and snacks in the lounge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially being a foreigner it was easy to check in and out and the room was very spacious and provided many amenities. I'm grateful I was able to stay at this hotel for a week. "

"The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. It was also very hot. We couldnt find any controls for the floor heating so we had to sleep with the window open. But the bath was nice and it was a sizeable room. The staff was also very helpful and held our bags for us. "

Breakfast also excellent food with Asian and standard options. The buffet dining area presented some design safety issues as there are many split levels to navigate. Just good to know to take care if you have some visual impairment or balance on steps while holding food.
A decent selection of English news channels on TV.

"This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent.
The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities.
This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that.

"Lovely staff who provided exceptional service at the counter and also with room maintenance. They helped us organise an uber taxi to Gimpo airport when it was pouring and we didn’t have any luck with our own uber app.
Hotel is located in a very convenient location within walking distance (max 30min) to Gyeongbokgung, NTV Tower Seoul, Seoul City Hall and many other spots. Amenities were great and our room was very spacious. "
"Great staff. Clean room. I love the most of this hotel: there is no pungent scent( perfumy smell) in the lobby and other areas. I am glad that the Shilla is not doing what other five stars hotels are doing. I hope that they keep their own classic style and maintain.
