The washer is not within the unit, is a shared washer that was in another room next to the unit. No dryer, hence clothes need to be hung out to dry. Each unit were given a designated parking lot, and whole estate feels clean and secured. Stayed on the ground floor, where a door opens up to the staircase leading up to the upper level unit, can be disturbed if the upper level guests are noisy.

The room (studio) was reasonably well-equipped (kitchen equipment, etc.) although very dated in style. Vinyl lounge cover was cracked and torn. Bathroom and shower had a considerable amount of black mould. Lighting in bathroom also poor, making it difficult to see in the mirror with any clarity. Some staff pleasant, others very unresponsive (particularly when reporting mould).

The apartment was in a bad condition. Microwave oven was dirty, no basic cleaning stuff was available, water gets collected in front of the toilet after shower, bathroom had half wall glass, back doors were really weak and outside sitting area at the back was not even swept. We stayed for 3 nights but there was no room service. Too expensive for a rundown 1 bedroom apartment.

Lovely apartment, and particularly good to have a courtyard for the dogs to be in as well as being allowed inside. The staff were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Great amenities and very secure. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit
