The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal—just minutes away from the main attractions, yet surprisingly quiet. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. On arrival, we discovered leftover drinks from previous guests that had leaked inside the mini fridge. When we tried to use the spare duvet from the cupboard, it had noticeable blood stains. We requested a replacement, only to find the second duvet was also stained—something one would not expect from a 4-star hotel.
While the hotel appears relatively new, the in-room furniture such as the sofa and tables showed clear signs of neglect and were not properly maintained. Additionally, there was no iron provided, which was inconvenient. Overall, we felt the standards reflected more of a 3-star experience.
The standout positives were the convenient location and the efficiency of the staff during check-in and check-out.
