You get what you pay for at this stay. No air conditioning, very dated, very thin walls, and overall old and felt “unfinished.” The staff were very nice and parking was convenient.

basic room but that reflects the very reasonable price. Had no coffee making facilities but the staff gave us a kettle and cups as soon as we asked. Room cleaned and replenished daily, bed was clean and comfortable. Very close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Yes you could hear some noise at times but its city centre so was expecting that. I would stay here again as the price is hard to beat in this area.

Good hotel for the money. It could do with a little revamp, as it still has very 1980s vibe with visible wear and tear. Breakfast was very limited, but the room was big and clean with spacious bathroom, A/C was working, and the staff was friendly. Also very conveniently located.

A great stay

The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel.

For a room for a night its fine, but i wouldnt recommended this hotel for anything longer than that. The location was good, but the room was extremely data, the shower head was broken, and overall the room just didn’t feel all that clean.

Average hotel with breakfast.

Just for one late midnight stay once we arrive Alicante. The furniture is so old. Is ok for guest to stay a day or two . But at least we have breakfast to start our holidays.

The property’s in a great location and it’s convenient to get everywhere (shops/restaurants/tourist sites/beach), but there wasn’t a single night where we slept alright. The walls are ridiculously thin and you can hear everything. The noise was ridiculous, from inside the hotel, and out when the bins were emptied. The actual amenities weren’t all that great either - like we had a mini fridge and tv, but neither worked. We had a balcony, but the view was abysmal (tbf might be better if you paid more).

Hotel was in a good location for us. Was pleasant enough and quite an old property. Bedroom was a good size with nics en-suite but all a bit dated. Plus the air con didn’t work. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty to eat and drink. Overall a good trip

A good enough budget hotel which offers good beds, daily cleaning (without having to ask for it), fairly good space. We were lucky to get room with balcony and mini fridge plus water boiler. They change towels every day but sometimes forget to add soap and shampoo. Good location in the Merchant area, close to transport and shopping and restaurants. All in all a good stay considering price.

For the price this is an ok hotel for a one night stay to catch or get off the airport bus. The check in receptionist was not very friendly but the check out was ok. My single room was very tired and dated unlike the photos shown but was very clean and served the purpose. The location is very good being central.

Basic room, 3 single beds 1 small extension lead with 3 sockets. Couple of cockroaches roaming around. Shower was good, quite noisy when window was open. Would happily stay again though!
