We could not fault the hotel, the room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is located on the nice stretch beside the marina. We booked Alicante on a 48 hour trip for my daughter’s birthday and Hilton did not disappoint. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Excellent service, room service was delicious! I did google other hotels and whilst Hilton didn’t rank the top it should!

This is a nice hotel with a great location , but it is not a 5 star hotel. The lobby is virtually nonexistent, and there is no bar, restaurant, , concierge, or sense of hospitality. The Amerigo blows Casa Alberola off the map .

Short trip

Cracking 3 night stay , very comfortable room ,location spot on , right in the heart of the action . Staff very friendly and helpful,restaurant/bar closed for refurb but not a problem considering it was located close to all the restaurants and bars in Alicante.

Ideally situated.

Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. The staff were always available and fully able to advise us of places to go. The hotel was ideally placed for all the activities we wanted to do over the 3 days.

We only stayed one night here but wish we had been able to stay longer. The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were so kind and helpful with making local recommendations as well as storing our luggage. Olivia was really lovely and helpful! We would definitely return. The only downside is we were put into an accessible room, and we did not like that the shower was completely open and the water got everywhere. Request a different room if you don’t need the accesible one.
