「A lovely hotel with nice staff and great location. The pity is some smell exists in my room, but it become ok if you open the windows for a while. There exist some foods in the restaurant next to the hotel, not many choices but ok. The boss seems suprised when we wanna eat dinner there, but she still kindly prepare the dinner for us. In a word, I'll come back if I visit Alicante again : )」

Chambre très propre et piscine très agréable. Pas loin du centre-ville , notre séjour à été très agréable. Nous recommandons l établissement Smart Hôtel Alicante. Nous y retournerons sans problème.」

「Quiet, clean and comfortable. Not in downtown but there are taxis and buses around. You can also walk to the city, around 3 miles. Food at the hotel was ok and price is reasonable.」

「Nos ha gustado mucho este hotel, sobre todo la limpieza, la amabilidad de las personas que nos han atendido y su buena disposición, un entorno espectacular. El desayuno no era demasiado variado, pero suficiente. Si tengo que decir algo que no me ha gustado del alojamiento es el olor tan desagradable que hacía el baño a sumidero y el ruido del ventilador cada vez que encendíamos la luz del baño. Supongo que debido a la humedad de la isla la corrosión empieza a hacer huella en el hotel, además...

「Easy, contactless access to the unit! Very clean, centrally located and great AC. A bit of noise from the restaurants on ground level but that’s to be expected in such a prime location.」

「Lovely, friendly staff at the front desk and great decor throughtout the hotel. The room and hallway were dark and did have a couple of issues with getting the keycard to activate the lights once inside the room. However, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast had a great selection. The rooftop terrace was a nice experience at night too. Would defintely come back.」

「很差，冷氣故障，沒有冷氣，告訴飯店人員很多次，都說會找人來修但都沒有，飯店人員只是看看遙控器有沒有壞，走廊冷氣是正常的比房間舒適，住3天真痛苦，千萬不要來住這間飯店，房間是308，」

「The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. I think the hotel needs abit more a tlc and air freshener and also we had placed a busy tag on the door as we did not want anyone to enter or clean and...

「Beautiful apartment with all the facilities you need. Really quick responses to any queries I raised. A little bit of a walk to get into town but regular buses if you don’t fancy a 30 min walk - highly recommend!」
