"The room needs to be cleaned better, foot of dust behind the sofa and looked like previous guests bottle tops poked out from under it. We were checked in by what can only be described as a rude person he didn't look at me once and for someone who is deaf and lipreads it's pretty annoying. I know i dont carry a flashing sign but your supposed to talk to your guest. Julie however in the breakfast room was wonderful works so hard and was so pleasant an greeted us with a smile got us a table ready. The gentleman from the front desk was dragging his feet nothing was a rush an was busy bad mouthing staff to guests behind us. "

No orange juice . Good selection of tea bags . Room was moist from roundabout outside early in morning . Was good after a midnight check in could get a cold drink in the bar "
