Well, it should not be in Expedia. The door is broken. The bed is broken. It’s really bad really really bad. I didn’t state that I just left. I’m not sure if they’re going to get my money back or not no Internet or Wi-Fi basically it’s very slow on and off and nothing around it. Scary.

This is scammers stay away from them.

I have the worst experience in my life , this is scammers my reservation He was one queen bed one single bed, and two sofa beds. , they give me small bed have double bed and single bed they put in the bottom supposed to be able , wooden and they put mattress old stink cause me back problems , however, I did complaint I said I want what I paid for they refuse to give me what I paid for , I did contacted local police they said this is civil matter , the wardrobe stink and broken don’t have shower you have only toilet and sink squash together and I put a little pipe as shower you can’t even have a shower is impossible , have a rubbish on the stairs . And they have sharp objects in the wall, ripped my shirt. Very hot inside. I electricity cut off all the time, Without providing us with candles. Or any flighting. Cut off at the night about 7 to 10 times. The residence full of mosquitoes. Outside the window piles of rubbish. In the website he said they have swimming pool. But they don’t have swimming pool at all. They even park the car inside the reception at the night. This area is not safe. This residence. Should be removed from all websites. In my side, I’m seeking legal advice and I will decide with action. I will take , this is a holiday from hell , my kids covered with mosquito bites and they are in shock from electricity cut at the night several times every single night happen ,

J'ai réservé pour ma femme et mes 2 filles dans cet établissement la nuit du 22 août pour prendre le bateau le lendemain, elles étaient ravies, la chambre très propre, litterie, salle de bain tout, le personnel très gentil, un grand merci pour Hayat pour sa gentillesse au téléphone. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de réussite et je recommande votre établissement.

Horrible

Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche pendant tout le séjour donc pas de douche et en plus c’est même pas une salle de bain !! Des cafards horribles morts et vivants de 10 cm sous le lit !Pas de wifi . La réception est un garage Nous avons été réveillés à 7 heure du matin par des travaux juste derrière notre fenêtre. Pas de serviette, pas de savon rien Vaisselle et casseroles rouillées. Un cauchemar ! Cet établissement ne devrait même pas figurer dans les locations. A fuir !!! Horrible

Le prix annoncé sur le site n est pas le même montant en dinar, nous avons payés 30 euros de plus. Bien sûr ils vous disent qu’il ne faut pas payer en dinar de la banque, donc eux font le calcul avec le dinar au marché noir, si vous demandez un justificatif la personne ne vous donnera plus de nouvelles. Expédia ne vous aidera pas non plus, si vous souhaitez payer sans vous faire arnaquer allez directement dans des hôtels officiel. Ce pays manque de structure et de loi est certain en profite…

Purement arnaque,car on a réservé avec un prix arrivé sur place le propriétaire nous demande de lui rajouter 80 euros .un vraie dortoir pas une résidence, il loue des chambres à l'intérieur des appartehotels ce qui fais on se retrouve avec cuisine sanitaire...communes avec des étrangers. Sans parler de la saletés : les cafards, la crasse partout.on résumé c'était horrible d'ailleurs on a changé d'établissement. A déconseiller.

a part le receptioniste qui a etais tres jentille et servillable ,c un vrais arnaque ,pas de navette comme indiquer ! 2 taxi qui ma couter presque le prix de la chambre pour me rendre a se dortoire!!! la chambre sale les matelats tres vieux et tres moue on a pas fermer l,oeil toutes la nuit !! la cuisiniere ne marche pas !! et surtous ne mefier pas aux photo !! et en plus de tous sa il m'a charger plus qu'il faux pour la balance ....je conseil personne de reserver se dortoire merdicte...

Nous avions réservé pour une nuit,nous avions bien un numero de reservation dt avions payé. Mais en arrivant nous avons eu la bonne surprise que notre reservation n'avait pas etait prise en compte.on nous a gentiment demandé de quitter les lieux et de se trouver un hotel ailleurs.après une tres longue discution la personne a la reception a bien voulu nous donner une chambre a la condition d'ajouter 30€!!!nous devions sejourner dans un appartement pour 30 euros et on noud a donné une chambre pour 60 €, pleine de cafards et tres rudimentaire. Fuyez ne vous fié pas aux photos mensongères !!!!

Super sejour a Alger. Schemseddine est venu pour moi a l'aéroport, il a été d'une tres grande aide. Merci pour tout et je reviendrai. L'hotel est bien situé dans une zone sûre, tres binne expérience.
