"The instructions were a little confusing on how to get to the apartment. Once there, we found we couldn’t control the temperature and we were a little cold through the night. The bathroom had no counter space, the pillows on the bed had cases that were much too large for them resulting in an uncomfortable bunched up pillow, the kettle had particles of calcium floating around in the leftover water from a previous person, and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. "This property offered so many ch more than any hotel around for a comparable price plus was only 400 metres or so from the underground or 12 mins walk to the old Town
