The staff have been amazing, very helpful with recommendations, organising taxi's, directions and they have been great with my 1 year old son. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」
