"Mrs. Barbie was so patient and kind. She went over and beyond to make sure you were accommodated. I called the front desk several times, each time, I asked, is this Barbie? She is just so pleasant. My room was so clean. Even in the cracks. The bed was so soft and the sheets were so white they looked brand new. The smell throughout the hotel was very pleasant. Also, I've frequented a lot of hotels, this hotel a/c was the best yet. When it was on 68 it literally felt like 68. Cudos to the staff and the hotel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the Alexandria area. Only thing that was a minus was there were no eateries in the vicinity. I found that very odd to say that was downtown."
