"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was great , the view of city is worth it "

"Rooms look like they have been neglected since the hotel was built. Peeling paint everywhere. Carpet that is dirty and coming up around the walls. Air conditioner was super noisy and barely cooled the room. The staff didn’t seem to want to do more than get you in and out. Breakfast is not included with the room. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Chose this hotel instead of Cinci side because it didn’t have paid parking listed but it is $20 parking and you can’t leave unless you want to pay for parking again. Also we had the a/c on for 14 hours and it only dropped from 74 to 71."

"First of all, if you are staying at a Westin for the brand of “heavenly beds” and a nicer, more elevated hotel, forget it! They haven’t put a dime into this place. Peeling wallpaper, old carpeting & outdated furniture. Service was beyond bad if you can call it service. Nobody was friendly and literally GRUNTED when I said good morning. I could go on and on about what a dump this place is. I will go elsewhere next time. "

"The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then."
