「I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show.」

「I was traveling for work. I booked a $1,065.76 for the week Suite, 1 King Bed with a kitchen. They charged me the full rate and put me in a single double bed that was at best, updated in the 1980's. When I complained the change in the room and not the price, I was told they would give me 10 minutes to cancel. This was after a 25 hour drive from Colorado at 8:30 to 9pm at night. I canceled and was left with trying to find a hotel at 10pm at night. Do not believe the pictures at all. This...
