「Absolutely amazing hotel with a stunning, spacious, and stylish facility. The rooms were so spacious. We stayed at a Suite overlooking the pool. It was so nice. The décor is elegant and impeccably maintained, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. I went to L2 around 19:30 on the first night and found no one. I asked the front desk on the 1F and they said they would let L2 contact me, but no one contacted me. The next day around 19:00, I went to the front desk again to ask if no one contacted me yesterday, can I arrange it today? The front desk said that the people in this department had already left work... Until today when I left the hotel, it was still not arranged. Is this also part of the hotel's income?
