I will recommend to stay in hotel Capt’s Inn and Suites, because it was clean and neat and close to all amenities. The swimming pool was clean and warmed, not deep. The staff was friendly and helpful! 👍

Staff very helpful and friendly. Coffee good in the lobby at 7 am. Room was clean but had a bit of a musty odor in bathroom, just kept the A/C on and closed bathroom door. Nice little diner right in front for breakfast.

Perfect place to stay for Alexandria Bay. Loved the ease of being able to park right outside the room. Very easy check-in and check-out procedures. Staff were friendly and prompt with room cleaning. Very happy with the provided toiletries as well.

Room was ok not worth the price though. Bedding was clean bathroom floor was not that clean. It was too cool for the pool. But if it was warmer outside would of went in it looked pretty clean otherwise for not being waterfront property thought it was overpriced in my opinion.

Place was fine, good bed. Nice pool. Unfortunately, our room smelled funky. Housekeeping gave me some Febreeze that didn’t quite mask the smell but we made do. Everything was clean enough except the floor. !! And no place to hang towels.

Very clean rooms. Air conditioning worked well. I always check mattresses, and they have covers zippered over the mattress. So I unzipped the cover and the mattress was very clean. Even at the seams where bed bugs could hide. The staff is super friendly. Pool was clean and pleasant. Not a bad price. My room wasn't a large room, (it was a two bed room), but nice. Motel is like a block or two from the eateries and boat tour places.
