"I want to give special shout out to Martin at the front desk! Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service. I feel like I made a friend just talking to him! Also the rest of the staff was amazing and helpful. Pasta & more we had a great experience both times we ate from there, we felt at home! Definitely staying here again when we come back to Wengen."

"This stay was disappointing from all other hotels I booked around my Switzerland trip. Customer service wasn’t that great. If you are lucky then you get a good view room. Breakfast didn’t have much choice, just an okay place. Rooms didn’t even have any updated features, it was more of classic style without even a plug point for usb or usb c. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are traveling from USA."
