Mi capita di alloggiare spesso presso questa struttura. Ho alloggiato in molti dei loro appartamenti e in ognuno di essi mi sono trovato molto bene. Arredamento moderno e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Nello stabile c'è anche un comodo 24h con lavatrici. E per concludere è centralissimo e si può raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi posto del centro città.

L'appartamento era pulito e gli interni in buone condizioni. Si sentivano tuttavia i rumori dagli appartamenti adiacenti. La qualità degli infissi è bassa (vetri singoli, tapparelle antiche). Gli spazi comuni (ingresso, scale, corridoi) erano sporchi e poco illuminati. Il servizio clienti è stato eccellente, sia per la disponibilità che per la chiarezza delle informazioni. Vi consiglio di valutare un miglioramento degli spazi comuni e degli infissi.

Sauber und super gelegen, aber...

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und super gelegen. Leider hat ein Nachbar in der Nacht Party gemacht, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken... dadurch, dass es sehr anonym ist, durch Codes einfaches und selbständiges Check-in, fehlt wohl der Respekt gegenüber den anderen Mitbewohnern. Unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz für 5€ (ungedeckt) war voll mit Taubenkot.

Ad Alessandria di passaggio

Siamo arrivati in serata verso le 20:30-21 ed il proprietario ci ha accolti fornendoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie e guidandoci fino all’albergo. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato davvero gentile, cordiale ed è stato davvero piacevole l’intera fase di check-in. Il bilicare assegnato è nuovissimo e davvero molto pulito, il letto ed il cuscino molto comodi. L’affaccio dell’appartamento è su una via tranquilla del centro, la notte l’abbiamo trascorsa davvero bene. Molto consigliato l’utilizzo di queste validissime strutture.

Wouldn't stay here if it was free...

I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location is good, but with no front desk and nobody answering the phone when you have problems, it is not worth it.

L'albergo si trova al centro di Alessandria, vicinissima alla zona pedonale, e quindi poter fare una salutare e rilassante passeggiata, qualità del sonno eccellente ..... Un elogio particolare ad Andrea che si è prodigato in tutto..... Sicuramente da ritornare e....consigliare.-
