Had difficulty using self check in kiosk. Staff did help with check in. In computer stated our room was ready but it was not. I booked a room with two queen size beds and they put us in a room with one king size bed. We were so tired from traveling that we just wanted a room at that point. Room was very nice. Check in after 4pm. I did call the Casino two days prior and asked for early check in. They said just to ask when checking in. Our flight arrived at 10:00am. Desk said no room available for early check in. We waited until 4 pm and still wasn’t ready. *** Make sure you arrive for check in AFTER 4pm!***
