「It was our second year in a row visiting this hotel - 2 adults and a 4 year old. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely sea views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with children. The hotel is in a lovely quiet safe area but just a short taxi ride to the busy marina. The new fountains were a lovely addition. The hotel is very clean. The rooms a little bit dated but it didn't bother us, once they were clean. 」

「Stayed recently with family, had a wonderful time. Brilliant accommodation and apartment cleaned daily. The beds were extremely comfortable plenty of space. Not to miss the great bakery on the next street. Several restaurants very close by for lunch/dinner . The staff were very helpful. 」

「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」

「We had an amazing stay at Alfagar Village, the facilities for families were excellent, and the ability to check in early and late was very much appreciated. The golf buggies to transport us and our luggage around the site was great too, as were the beautifully maintained grounds. Keep up the good work!」

「Fijne accommodatie, vriendelijk personeel, ruim appartement, eten lekker en voldoende variatie, 2 zwembaden, waarvan het kleine verwarmd is, het grote koud, brrr... enig minpuntje, weinig ligzetels. Buitendouche en rond zwembad zou dagelijks iets meer gereinigd mogen worden. Maar voor de rest zeker een prima hotel」

「Sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen Pools, schöner Strand über Treppen direkt von Hotelanlage erreichbar. Gute Restaurants. Appartements erwas ins Alter gekommen, Badezimmer sanierungsbedürftig. 「We had a 2 bedroom garden suite looking out onto the pool area. It was at the exit beside the restaurant Peri-Peri which is part of Pune Cliff and it was just across the road to the supermarket if you needed to buy anything. We were self catering but every day the cleaner came and replaced tea towel, towels, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, cleaning clothes- it was amazing they also washed any dishes and put the remainder in the dishwasher and put it on. 「The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space.
