"The room is nice and big, but the ameneties is dirty and lack of helpers to clean. The pool is dirty and I think they didn't clean it always. The staff is accomodating but during my arrival and departure I wait and search for staff to assist me because no one is there. I think El Paradiso is almost closing, there are a lot of signage "sale or rent" and some of the rooms are so messy. But I just enjoy and Its so relaxing the view of the beach."

"Great location right on the water’s edge for snorkeling or just enjoying great sunsets from the pool. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Complimentary snorkeling gear. Easy walk to the main action but far enough away you don’t hear the noise. Room was spacious. "
