Got a phone call from the receptionist, we had left some medication in the room, receptionist found my number, added international dialling code for the UK , travelled back 160 km to pick up medication, we couldn’t thank her enough

Very clean hotel with good breakfast. Located at the outskirt - just a few minutes to Motorland Aragon by car. The city center ist about 2 km away. Sometimes difficult to find a parking lot directly in front of the hotel in the evenings. Decent price-performance ratio. Overall recommendable.

Lo mejor la atención de todos, el conserje de la noche con mucho interés en arreglar un incidente del aire acondicionado que dejó de funcionar a la 1:30 de la madrugada y con 30 grados en la calle, nos cambió la habitación y pudimos descansar un par de horas, la media pensión en dos días increíbles de cantidad, calidad y amabilidad de los camareros, si no hubiese sido por el percance del aire acondicionado todo de 10

Hôtel situé à l’entrée de la ville assez éloigné du centre mais qui possède un parking gratuit. Il y a un bon restaurant. La salle de bain est mal équipée avec une baignoire et non une douche à l’italienne et pas de joint pour la paroi de verre donc on met de l’eau de partout !

hotel con habitaciones muy amplias, comodas,el personal muy atento, en el resturante comida de buena calidad y cantidad el precio siempre puede mejorar pero lo encontre aceptable la limpieza podria mejorar un poco sobre todo en el baño. volveria a reservar en este hotel si se diera el caso

Msscotas si pero….

El hotel avisa que no puedes dejar la mascota en la habitacion , i tambien avisa de que en cafeteria i restaurante no se puede ir con mascota. Esto impide poder ir a tomar un cafe con mi pareja. En otros hoteles no es asi. Esto tendria que estar explicado en la web hoteles, ya que mejoraria la seleccion de hotel

Buen hotel de paso

Hotel moderno y amplio, casi parecía que estábamos solos. Reservé 3 camas individuales, pero teníamos 2 camas más sofa cama (no fue problema para nosotros). Precio acorde a lo ofrecido. Camas cómodas, pero el sofá no (colchón muy fino). Personal amable. No le pongo 5 estrellas por la cena. Reservamos con la idea de cenar bien, pero el restaurante no ofrecía servicio, solo cafetería. Además, solo nos dieron carta de raciones y bocadillos, cuando vimos después de pedir que al resto de mesas les ofrecían también menú.

Aspecto habitación correcta. Habría que actualizar bañera y sobre todo colchones, no pude descansar ni yo ni nadie de mi grupo. Desayuno bien, variado y sabroso pero el suelo del comedor necesitaba más limpieza.

El hotel, para ser 4 estrellas es justo de amenities y las habitaciones pequeñas. Pero el precio también es barato, muy barato comparado con otros alojamientos de esta categoría. Si no tienes expectativas de 4 estrellas, el hotel está bien. Muy limpio, habitaciones correctas, parking gratis y bien comunicado. Cafetería donde puedes tomar un café con leche por la mañana sin tener que ir al buffet de desayunos, que no probé pero parecía muy completo.
