"We got stuck in a passport control line for 3 hours. The hotel told us they would come pick us up whenever we got done. And they fed us the most wonderful lasagne! The entire staff is very caring and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect including one of the staff member’s freshly baked cassata al Forno"

"Nice place, good location, very clean. Only issue are the 2 gates after dark, all gates are locked and sometimes when you buzz - no staff answers. There is no walk in access except via one of the two gates. Wifi in our room was not good but we barely spent any time there except sleeping."

"Located 20mins from Palermo airport in a quiet neighbourhood is this lovely resort with an outdoor pool and a single tennis court. Choice of villas or rooms. Rooms were really comfortable and spacious with lovely amenities. Nice waterfall shower. The breakfast was nice - choice of cereals, extensive bakery range, fresh fruit and hot drinks. Dinner at the restaurant is a real gourmet experience with an excellent selection of wines with wonderful waiting staff. There is no direct beach access from the resort but it is a 10min walk. The hotel offer a 25 euro airport transfer which is cheaper than private taxis. I had to ask for a kettle and tea as not every room has them - they were really accommodating and brought it within minutes."

"The location is beautiful. The room horrible, beds uncomfortable, mattresses worn out, king bed was separating into two as soon as you lay down. Breakfast food choices were limited. Place is too big for the company to manage."
