Wonderful slice of rustic Albury situated directly above Albury Beer Garden -- not necessarily for everyone as the gardens close at 1am. Clean room, spotless linen and lovely staff. Definitely coming back here!

As stated by Beer Deluxe it is very very basic. Only I cup and no milk. While showering hot water ran out and water didn’t drain freely from bath tub. On the 3rd floor and lift not working. Not allowed to open windows. Traffic noise was very loud. Long walk from car park to accommodation. A very tired old lady that needs a total revamp upstairs. Would not stay again

I knew what to expect before keeping this booking, so the room was good and overall it was interesting. A really cool old building which has sadly had its glory days

Was unable to contact prior to getting there about late check in, staff member said we had a 2pm check out and we were kicked out at 12pm , room needs an overhaul and the bed was hard

It was an $80 room in an old hotel. You get what you pay for. Good for a place to crash on a night out. Staff are great. Beds were pretty comfortable.

I couldn’t use the shower because missing the handle for hot water I had have cold shower and not enough parking for the guest twice I had to park on the street but inside bar and outside is fantastic

Great for the $
As they state this is budget accommodation at budget prices so great for commercial travellers. Beds are comfortable,sheets and towels are crisp and clean. Room has AC,a balcony,TV,fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities. Ensuite. Seperate entrance once checked in. Bistro on site

Stayed in room 309, was surprised by cold water dripping on my head from above in bath room while drying myself off after showering in morning. Water leaking from bath room above on 4th floor. Also no plug available or tap handles on bath, why?

The room was exactly what we paid for.The staff were fantastic, and the room was perfect for a home base on a budget. 10/10 would book again.Staff in particular were understanding when we had to leave a day early due to bad weather, and they offered us a refund straight away. I'd rather you guys have the money for the last night as a tip. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Very tired.
Staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were really rough. My room had a wet stain that looked like half cleaned up vomit, some trash from previous guest, missing room number from the door, damaged door handle and much. Affordable.

Clean the crap up before the next guest arrives
I stay often but this was not satisfactory. You certainly don't need to see the lasts guests remains still floating in the toilet bowl, who cleaned the room??? No tea, coffee or milk even the containers not present. TV remote not in room guessing because TV plug to the antenna was broken. Carpet had many stains Paint peeling off wall's. Look I know it's budget and accept that but this time I was let down and it's the second time I stayed this week

This is an art deco style establishment which , while aesthetically pleasing has seen better days. However , the price is commensurate with the facilities on offer , and is great value for a night or two.

Received an email before checking in reminding me the accommodation is low budget. That is not a problem, but the accommodation was dirty and in a state of disrepair. The TV was smashed, there were exposed wires sticking out of the wall, cleaning was poorly done, with bugs and seals for products left around the room, and paint was peeling from all surfaces and stained with who knows what bodily fluids. admittedly, the staff did give me a free meal for the television. It's OK to have a low budget room. It is not OK to be neglectful in it's cleaning or maintenance.

My room was dirty,probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed.Carpet was stinky and unvaccuumed and it caused me terrible headache because of the smell of the air circulating inside.It was pretty basic but at least they should have cleaned it well.When i checked out,the lady staff was so unfriendly.I will never ever go back to stay and I will not recommend it to anyone

The staff were fabulous and so helpful but their hands are tied with the condition of the building and I imagine lack of funds for keeping things in good order. No hot water was an issue for me but a brisk cold shower woke me up well and truly for the day!!

First of all it needs a new shower curtain! The one we had was disgusting! It’s not that expensive to buy a new one. Also our bed was horrific! The mattress is crap! We got in the bed and finished up on top of one another! We both had a very bad nights sleep. We were in room 4. We also refused to wash in the shower with that disgusting shower curtain! My husband now is suffering with bulging discs and back pain from the bed. Other people said their bed was all right, maybe you should check out the one in room 4. I know it’s an economical accomodation, but we would have been better sleeping in our car! After driving for a few hours we wanted a good nights sleep. Thank you

Staff more intterested in watching the footy and serving their friends then checking someone in. Only 1 of the 5 lights in the room worked. Ants on both beds. Marks on bed. Scum on bath/shower. Turned on tap and bath filled with bubbles due to scum.
