My roommate and I had never stayed at a place where they called 10 minutes after we got upstairs to see if all was well. That was nice. Room was good, bed comfortable. I booked this hotel because an airport shuttle was listed as an amenity. When I asked about the shuttle for our flight the next day, I was told that there was no shuttle service on the weekends. We had to figure it out on our own. Why list it as an amenity and then refuse to offer the service?
