Friendly, helpful staff, great swimming pool with easy access. I am mobility challenged and easy access is key. Easy to use amenities. Ice cold air conditioning in room with drinking water & recycling stations nearby on each floor of hotel. Conveniently located less than 1km from well stocked grocery store and a only a five minute Grab or trike from Alona Beach. Excellent restaurant with Asian and western meal selections. Portions are generous and everything I ordered was delicious. Many year...

Extremely nice in every way

Staff are good, place is clean and safe nice roof top restau / bar.. spacious room

This place is old, a strong country feel. If you are into 5 star treatment its not for you.i have spiders and gecko in my bathroom. You could only hear crickets and lizards. The room is spacious, and very old feel. That makes it so special. My balcony view has a forest vibe.green garden and blooms every where. You must try their home made ice cream..to die for! And their “ calamay”. The restaurant has the best organic everything. I had “ arroz caldo” twice in a row in the morning. The coffee?...

I’m writing this as an American tourist that has been to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Costa Rica a few times (to help you American readers compare). This resort is 5 stars. Staff is very nice and helpful. The beach itself is amazing. Clear waters, white soft sand. Just watch out for the sea urchins. Staff can give you more details about that. They have some kayaks available for 30 minute rental too. Pools are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is better than any buffet I’ve ate at in...

Cute boutique resort where you can enjoy a quiet stay while only a short drive from beautiful beaches. The hosts make you feel like family and are very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Good clean resort.. service and staff are great

Very quiet friendly staff. Very convenient scooter rentals. Centrally located between Panglao and chocolate hills

very restfecful and accommodating staff, cleanliness of the hotel

Nice and clean Hotel. We'll stay there again.

The place is very new. So it's also very clean. Staff have good initiative in assisting us with our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

We were disappointed with the lunch but the breakfast was perfect! The staff are helpful and friendly.

Hammocks on the beach have nets around the coconuts so they don't fall on your head, staff smiles and says hello good morning how was your day, the grounds are manicured with no detail spared, the pool invites you for a swim, a beautiful beach, they have bacon for breakfast, they have an art gallery to enjoy paintings and a ping pong table, the tours arranged from the front desk are with your own driver and they are kind patient and knowledgeable, they have a DVD library to catch up on movies ......

It's clean and the Buffet Breakfast is Good!

The only bad thing about this hotel is the transportation. They have only one shuttle to alona beach and the taxi arragements are overpriced. Better take a tricicle.

Staff were friendly and accommodating

Great staff

The room was wondeful! I stayed in the dormitory that I shared with 5 other people. Our mattres were on the floor which was bamboo. Each dorm was separated by white curtains. The windows had white curtains too. The bed had white mosquito net. The whole effect was calming and wonderful. The staff were very friendly. The vegetations and floweres also affected the atmosphere of the resort positively.
