Everything was fine except things in the room were not stocked. I checked in for 2 adults and 1 child. The room had 3 towels but only 1 wash cloth. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were completely out, so had to shower with just water and only 1 shared wash cloth. There was also no soap or body wash. And no tissues. Would have been 5 stars if the room had been stocked.

Staff was polite and helpful but I was charged an additional fee for my room after booking (and paying) on Expedia!! I booked a queen room and upon arriving (literally 5 minutes after I booked) the staff stated that they did not have any queen rooms and didn’t know why Expedia allowed it to be booked that way. They put me in a king room and charged me an additional amount . Even though this was at almost 3:00 AM…… they clearly weren’t going to be booking the room to anyone else that night. I was tired from traveling and just needed to get into a room and sleep. The additional charge was not significant, but it was inconvenient and should have been handled differently. I would not use Expedia or Red Roof Inn again.

I stayed here for one night and overall, the hotel had everything I needed. The amenities were good, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and the room was clean, nice, and quiet—I didn’t hear anything crazy at night. The parking lot was secured and there was plenty of parking available. The breakfast was decent, nothing special but enough to start the day. The only downside is the area—it’s surrounded by quite a few homeless people, which can make it feel a bit unsafe. While I didn’t personally experience any issues, if I were traveling alone or as a single parent with kids, I’d probably reconsider staying here. Other than that, it served its purpose for a short stay.
