Nice intermediate spot
It’s a convenient spot to get to the airport. A good option for rest, if driving to other places.
The comfort of the bed was great. However the tv sucks. And the shower is not good.

The lobby is actually really nice, and the room itself was really nice, modern, spacious, and clean. There was an issue with the door to the room I originally had, and then an issue with the door for another room that they moved me into, so that was a big concern, but once I had settled down in the room for the night, everything was fine.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel and we happened to get a newer room which was nice. 2 queen beds and a separate sleeper sofa area, nice size room, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other, family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The water was opposite for both sink and shower but once you figured that out it was fine.

The rooms are dated and can use some remodeling. Especially the bathtub we had, it was corroded with mildew from years of use. The lock needs replaced. But it was a quite stay and over all it was clean.
Size of room was great, very large. Pool was dirty, water oily. Room and hallway floors were dirty. Somewhat outdated.

Things to consider over price…
Room was overall ok for location and price. Shuttle service was flexible and convenient. Breakfast was below average in options but good to have. Be aware of what you’ve been quoted vs actually charged. Although staff was courteous/friendly, Management was not reasonably responsive to my complaint of having no hot water on my first night stay.
The staff were good. The condition of the room was not. The hideaway bed was broken. The canvas at the foot was torn and sagging. The bath tub had large spots that were worn on basin of the tub
the room was nice and clean, but the sheet had an oily stain on it, but was late so just slept on top. rooms were nice like a studio. hotel close to Interstate, Canes, del taco and fast food joints nearby. the pool was cloudy, not clean, the hottub looked alil green watered. so we didn't partake. price was good though. breakfast was okay no sausage or bacon though.

Hotel review
The driver of the van who then checked us in was extremely kind. I thought the lobby seemed very sad and the halls even worse. It felt dreary and not worth the money; however, I was pleased with the comfort of my bed.
The woman (6/2/2024) who helped my daughter in the breakfast area was not kind and close to rude! Another sad thing.

The front desk person was rude and would not give us extra towels even though I reserved the room for 5 people, they would only give us 2 towels! Even for the pool! Ugh it had bugs in the room on the floors! I will never stay there again!
we stay there alot.. even tho one time they charge me for taking towels and we never did.. remodel its nice but some parts are coming down.. and i usually inspect the rooms before i go in.. in my room the restroom wasnt clean.. there was hair on the floor.. coffeemaker the inside needs to be scrub with dish soap.. pool n spa was all dirty

There was only one way to enter the property which was kind of inconvenient. The staff barely spoke to anyone. The indoor pool area lacked lighting for swimming and the jacuzzi was out of order. The room was clean and ready for an extended stay (small kitchenette area) but the stove top didn't work. The breakfast served was good and the area was decent, would stay again.

We stay here every year. This year, the front desk person was not pleasant. Why am I being told no rooms are available, yet they are available online? If you’re working, the front desk, you need people skills! The breakfast was lousy and hot tub was dirty! Could not turn it on because you needed a pliers to turn it on! Not satisfied with this visit!

Think Twice
Bad: Only one entrance, but multiple exits. This is not practical for loading/unloading/handicapped/families. Breakfast not as shown on site. No hot items, no protein options aside from yogurt. Not okay if you are diabetic or need to fill up before a trip.
Pool closed, but this was not disclosed.
Found a real human tooth in a drawer.
Good: Comfortable beds, nice shower.
Very dirty room with under maintenance bathroom. Looked like it had water damage on the floor and wall. Shower faucet was dripping all night. Did not feel like to put my feet in the tub. I had to wear shoes while in the room, carpet was so old and dirty. There were 2 TVs in the unit, neither of them worked. Hall way carpet was stained and dirty. Random people from the street were joining the breakfast. Gentleman brought his dog for the breakfast table, did not see any service vest on the dog. Coffee was good.

Great value for the price
My wife and I needed a clean, quiet, safe, comfortable room for a night. It needed to be inexpensive and near the VA hospital. This accommodation filled those needs.
Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean, well-furnished rooms. The refrigerator, microwave oven and TV's all worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a surprise! It was nutritious, delicious, and had many choices--as good or better than other establishments for which I paid much more.
Cons: The location of my suite was in a very noisy area of the building. There was too much banging on the walls and in the halls--even way past normal bed-time. There was, also, loud shouting in the halls with children running, playing and calling to each other. The toilet did not even flush the water and paper well. The shower base was not caulked in properly. I was afraid it would leak onto the floor or to lower levels.
I would stay there again after a discussion with management to overcome the "cons" listed above. The beds and bedding were very good and the other furnishings were nice, convenient and functional.
This hotel was terrible. We checking in around 4pm and were checked out by 830pm. The building exterior is run down and very ugly. The lobby was ok but the staff was not very friendly. We had no issues checking in. We started off toward the elevator and realized the place is in poor condition. I side the elevator the floor is completely cracked. As we headed to our room, you could hear the other people’s conversations as we walked down. The hallway smelled like weed and feet. Our room was ok but felt dirty and creepy. We were worried to leave for dinner because we had a bad feeling that an employee would enter our room while we were out. We left anyway. Came back from dinner and decided to try out the pool. It’s an indoor pool and it is so dimly lit. The chairs near the pool were almost all cracked and broken. We headed back up to our room and decided we couldn’t sleep there. We booked another room and are so pleased with the new place.
